Please review the Concession Policy 2026 for a full list of terms and conditions, including insurance requirements and operational hours. All applicants must submit their payment and proof of liability insurance at least 14 days before the event to secure their space. Additionally, if you are selling food products, you are required to complete and upload the Special Events Food Vendor Application along with your registration.
To finalize your application, please ensure your payment is completed at least 14 days before the event. You can send your funds using one of the following methods:
- E-transfer: Email your payment to lombardyagsquare@gmail.com.
- Cheque or Money Order: Please make these payable to the Lombardy Agricultural Society and mail them to PO Box 542, Smiths Falls, Ontario K7A 4T6.
Note that any payments made after the 14-day deadline must be paid in full by cash.
